whenever i start up the game all i see is a 2d white void with a little bit of parkour and some of the platforms dont have collision and at some point the players arm turns 3d

Поэтому это и прототип.
И вы наверно не последнюю версию скачали.
Так как я не понимаю где вы нашли паркур и там вроде нет 3D элементов.
